With Southern Discoveries the traveller will enjoy the breathtaking scenery of Fiordland National Park, while enjoying one of our meals from our wide selection of fine food available on board our vessels or at our onshore café & bar.

As one of our Chefs, you'll be apart of our fun, passionate and dedicated team in either one of our two kitchen areas, vessels or café & bar. On our vessels you will play an essential role providing high quality lunch buffet, snack packs and gourmet boxed lunch's to all our domestic and international customers. Delicious meals complete the voyage.  At our café & bar a full lunch buffet is provided during the day while the bar offers an A la Carte Menu in the evenings.
